"My family and I loved this home and made a ton of memories here," he shared. "I will never forget those weekends with the kids swimming in the pool with our new puppy Cash and enjoying dinners al fresco in the yard."

Although Fredrik didn't share details on where he and his family are headed next, he described their new digs to PEOPLE as their "forever home."

In an Instagram post about the listing, Fredrik added more details about the stunning abode, which is available starting September 1. "It’s 1.5 acres flat of magic landscaping, [10,500 square feet] of living space, tennis court, room for 10 cars, gated and completely private, 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms," he wrote, adding the home is "perfect for kids."

In June 2020, Fredrik reflected on his big move to the West Coast. "First off, we love California," he wrote at the time. "I can go on about the sun, hiking, the twins in the pool, the parks, the food, the beaches, the sunsets, my convertible sex-on-wheels car, the 0 humidity bla bla ... Yes, it’s true what they say about Cali and [its] lifestyle!"

"I do miss my friends in New York. Of course there’s that special drum and energy in NY and deep down I’ll always be a New Yorker," he continued. "Who says you can’t love New York and live in LA?"
