On Million Dollar Listing New York's May 6 Season 9 premiere, Ryan Serhant headed to a listing appointment for a very familiar property. "I actually pitched for this listing, like, forever ago. Then I pitched it again six months ago and then didn't get it," the broker explained. "Third time's the charm, I hope."
Although Ryan was certainly aware of how spectacular the home in NYC's Chelsea neighborhood was, as he took a formal look around the 11,000-square-foot property, he was absolutely blown away. "This house is the most badass single-family townhouse I've ever seen," he said, later adding, "There's something 'wow' on every single floor."
