Ryan Serhant Shares a Look Inside the New Serhant HQ
The Million Dollar Listing New York agent offered a peek inside the chic New York City home base for his new brokerage firm.
Back in September, Ryan Serhant shared some big news — and he couldn't hold back his excitement. "I’ve been waiting for this day my entire life," the Million Dollar Listing New York agent wrote on Instagram. "After spending over 10 years in real estate, I am finally starting my own multi-faceted real estate company."
The super agent wasn't the only one who was excited to launch Serhant. In repsonse to the news of her husband's new brokerage, Emilia Bechrakis took to Instagram with a sweet congratulatory note. "I know you’ve been working tirelessly on this forever," she gushed. "There’s no one in this world like you and that’s how I know you’ll always succeed at whatever you touch. I’m so proud of you." And now, more of Ryan's family members are getting to celebrate his new venture.
In an October 22 Instagram post, the Serhant founder shared, "Got to show my parents the new [Serhant] HQ!!!! Huge milestone. Big day."
The accompanying photo gave followers a peek inside the homey offices, which have jazzy, black-and-white checkered floors. Ryan's New York City headquarters also have brick walls, chic black lighting fixtures, and a tufted sofa in yellow leather.
As he spruces up his headquarters, Ryan's also renovating a Brooklyn townhouse for himself and his family. Get a peek inside the $7.6 million home in the clip above.
