The Front of Ryan Serhant’s Townhouse Is Perfectly Decorated for Halloween
The Million Dollar Listing New York broker is “all ready for the trick-or-treaters” at his Brooklyn home.
As Halloween quickly approaches, Ryan Serhant is showing off the festive decor outside his Brooklyn townhouse.
“Look at our stoop,” the Million Dollar Listing New York broker said in an October 21 Instagram Story video showing the stairs leading to his home decorated with potted red and yellow flowers, pumpkins, a small bale of hay, and a creepy witch figure. “All ready for the trick-or-treaters.”
The details will make a great photo backdrop when it comes time to celebrate Halloween. Last year on October 31, Ryan, Emilia Bechrakis Serhant, and their daughter, Zena, sat on the steps and posed in their Halloween looks. While Emilia was dressed in a skeleton onesie and Zena looked adorable as an elephant, Ryan donned shorts, a matching shirt, sneakers, and a jacket and joked he was in costume as “a Brooklyn Dad.”
Although Ryan didn’t share if the rest of the home was decked out for Halloween, he does like to decorate the abode for special occasions. In December 2021, he and Zena set up a towering, glittering Christmas tree, and in August of this year, he transformed the family’s living room with balloons and a special banner to welcome Emilia and Zena home from their vacation in Greece.
