"Thank you, next," the MDLNY agent wrote of the high-profile deal.
Steve Gold is no stranger to finding buyers for celebrity homes, and in his latest high-profile deal, the Million Dollar Listing New York agent helped sell Ariana Grande’s former condo in New York City.
According to the New York Post, the stunning residence — located in the same luxury apartment building where Steve himself formerly lived — is currently in contract after selling for around $12 million. The gorgeous 4,023-square-foot unit, located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, features five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a chef’s kitchen. It also has over 1,300 square feet of sprawling outdoor space with beautiful views of the Empire State Building.
The building itself, designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid, offers plenty of incredible amenities, including a 75-foot pool, a gym, and a spa suite, complete with a sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. It also includes the city’s first ever private IMAX theater.
Steve took to his Instagram Stories to celebrate the news of the deal, quoting one of pop star's most famous songs “Thank you, next,” he captioned the snapshot.
