Josh is always up for a challenge, but he's not so sure about Madison and Josh F.

Wow! It's crazy to finally see my years of work come to fruition on television. After almost ten months of being followed around with cameras, I finally get to sit with my family and friends and see it all come together. I've loved every minute and hope everyone who watches loves it too!

The first day of filming was during a listing meeting in Beverly Hills on Benedict Canyon. Man, was I nervous! I had to film in front of my new client. Thankfully he never saw me sweat! I remember telling myself to just do what I do everyday and try to ignore the cameras. It was the perfect setting; a beautiful home, an amazing backyard... It was a great portrayal of what really goes on in making a real estate deal. I also loved the office scene where I was grinding the phone looking for an offer. I had a lot of pressure from my client to sell his house. You always need to think outside the box. No deal is easy, and in the end getting a property sold is my bottom line. The negotiation scene at the Greek restaurant was also hysterical. I've had many deals where we have literally negotiated sales at the dinner table. Glad everyone got to see that.

It was also fun seeing the other two agents do what they do. I never really know what those guys are up to. That was the first time I met Josh Flagg at his ridiculous open house. I thought the food from Nate n Al's was great, but I felt that his "religious" theme was very inappropriate. I don't think it was very professional. I know the house he was trying to sell very well. Well enough to know that he definitely has his work cut out for him. You never want to have the biggest and most expensive house on the block. Always remember if there are no comps, then it's going to be a tough resale.

Much to the disappointment of some of our viewers, I'm surprised we didn't see Madison with his shirt off yet. Oh, and talk about awkward, how about that agent hitting on Madison during the showing? I almost couldn't watch, I was embarrassed for him. I can relate to the pressure Madison was experiencing from his client about needing to move in ASAP. I deal with that all the time. It's good to have pressure from motivated clients, not every agent can handle it, but that's why I'm the best.

This season is going to be amazing! The houses are out-of-this-world! I can't wait to see next week's episode! Follow me on Twitter @thejoshaltman for all the amazing deals, properties, and the crazy real estate drama I deal with every day!

Thank you everyone for watching and supporting the show. Until next time!

Josh
