Josh talks about the twins and clean fingernails.
So far this is my favorite episode. First, that ugly guy was who fired Madison was such an a--hole. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if he was wasting Madison's time, because no one who is serious about a property makes one offer and then fires the broker.
The twins are great. They have been wonderful to be around, and it was a great suggestion per my grandmother to get an assistant. As she said, I checked out everyone's fingernails, and these girls had the cleanest ones.
I love that house that Josh Altman had on the market. It is actually right up the street from where I grew up, and I remember the old house that was there before it was torn down. The developer Mike Pulumbo did a very nice job on it.
