Luxury Bedding That Is Affordable? We Found It!

You know that dull gut-ache of a feeling you get when you’re packing up to return home from vacation? You look around your luxe hotel room and all you can think is, "Why can’t I just live like this forever and ever?"

I know that exact sentiment. I’ve always thought the title “Professional Tourist” would look great topping my resume — but until that line of work starts paying more than, well, negative thousands and thousands of dollars, I’m going to have to get creative. And the best way I can think to do that is to fake it ‘till I make it with bedding that turns my space into the luxe hotel I’ve always dreamed about passing the rest of my days in.

Turns out, for every fantasy vaca scenario I can think of, there’s bedding that’ll get me there — without costing anywhere near what a first-class flight would (or even a coach ticket, for that matter!). I can jet off to Scandinavia with a kaleidoscopic Marimekko duvet set, or lounge at the Bahamian resort I’ve built in my brain with palm printed bedding. Perhaps I’ll hole up in a Park Avenue 5-star under my elegant new coverlet.

Now if only my gorgeous new bed would magically make itself when I leave the house ... And maybe there could be a uniformed man to deliver a cart heaped with coffee and lobster omelettes and mimosas to my bedside each morning?
