For the past several years, shero Ashley Graham has broken barriers in the fashion industry with her body positive campaigns, inclusive fashion lines, and her overall efforts to help spread the message of body acceptance far and wide. Now, the curvaceous model is back with yet another inclusive swimwear collection, but with a completely new approach.
For her new Swimsuits for All Summer 2018 campaign, Graham decided to use completely unretouched paparazzi images. The campaign titled “Power of Paparazzi” features raw photos of Graham posing in her latest designs. That’s right, you won’t find any fancy filters or airbrushing on these images, just full out curves and confidence.
Here's the inspiring story: "When shooting this campaign in Miami, the paparazzi began following us and taking pictures," Graham told InStyle.com. "Looking at their photos sparked an idea, 'Why not use their photos as the campaign images? These raw and unedited images would remind women that they are 'flawless' in their own right and that they already have the perfect beach body!'" Graham continued, "Of course it's daunting knowing the paparazzi may have captured an unflattering photo, but I remind myself that being authentic is beautiful, and I have nothing to hide when it comes to my body because I know it's changing people's lives."
Her new nine-piece collection includes a variety of cut-out one-piece swimsuits and embellished bikinis, all inspired by the art deco style of the 1920s. As with her previous swimsuit collections, the bathing suits are available in sizes 4 to 22. Best of all, these new designs are all on sale right now!
Here are a few styles we're planning to snag ASAP.
