10 Super Luxe Home Décor Items for Under $100

Nobody will be able to tell these home accessories didn’t cost you a fortune.

Everything You Need to Stock a Bar Cart

One day, I will have so much money that I will just be able to buy the most expensive everything and not even care.

Until then, I spend a lot of time looking for affordable riffs on expensive things — especially for the home.

Of course I want my living space to be the most luxurious of places. It is my sanctuary, my nest. It should be fit for the queen that I am. I just don’t have the money for nice, nice things just yet. But I do have enough to fake it till I make it.

I have my splurge pieces. My couch is pretty top-notch and I think it’s been worth every penny considering how much I’m on it. I have great art on the walls that I see as/hope are investment pieces. Everything else adds to the space in some way — either serving a function or adding to the ambiance. And, nothing looks like it’s from the dollar store ... even if that’s precisely where it’s from.

Spotting bargain gems is a hobby, a passion, a gift that I now share with you. Check out these sweet picks and tell me they don't look top-dollar.

Stacked Geo Taper Holder

Nothing quite says expensive like abstractness. The more random shapes and pieces, the better! This piece actually serves double duty as it is a holder of candles, which is another thing only fancy people have.

Round Wire Basket

This catchall is big enough to hold magazines, pillows, and any other accoutrements from your life of leisure. It’s part of a new line from Target featuring items that embody the mood and aesthetics of 1962 (the year Target was founded). The collection has some other cool modern pieces you should check out.

Cotton Luster Velvet Pillow

Is there really anything more luxurious than velvet? You can even get these monogrammed for an extra $9.50.

Jonathan Adler Coasters

Coasters are important because they suggest that you have expensive furniture that you have to protect. These are also amazing because they look like pieces of art themselves.

Corvus Madonna Mid-Century Finish Accent Chair

This is the best price we have ever seen for a piece of furniture that looks this chic. Snag it before it’s gone! It works well as a desk or accent chair.

Marlee Black Fringe Throw

Have you noticed that rich people always have blankets and throws lying around? Is it because their air conditions just work too well? Who knows. Either way, there’s no way you won’t feel pampered and loved when wrapped in this thing.

Rix Brass Clock

Anything with brass looks like it's expensive. That's just a rule to remember. There’s also something so nice about having a clock and not having to look at your phone to tell time.

Sloan Storage Table Lamp

If you told me this came from Design Within Reach, I would totally believe you.

Annette Marble Side Table

Wow! Is that real marble? Why, of course it is! Rude.

Brass Metal Loop Mirror

A really good mirror is hard to find. A good mirror at this price is pretty much unheard of.
