Drew Barrymore Reveals Her Best and *Worst* Red Carpet Moments
Yes, even style icons make mistakes sometimes.
Drew Barrymore has given us decades of sartorial choices to analyze and tons of looks to want to copy. Heck, we still have the urge to throw a daisy in our hair every once and a while. Whether she's going uber glam and polished, or quintessential 90's "it" girl chic, Drew has never been afraid to shake it up. Even as a kid she ruled a red carpet. However if you remind her that she's a style icon, her humilty shines through her unique sense of style. "Wow. Thank you. I don't see myself that way, so wow," she told us about her incredible and experimental fashion sense through the years. Drew, who cites Aquafor as her beauty brand of choice ("can't live without it"), then dished to us about what her best and worst red carpet moments are from her myriad of appearances throughout her dazzling career. Check out her picks, below.
1. Best Moment: Grey Gardens Premier in 2009
"I love taking risks. Wearing a big hair 'do. For the Grey Gardens premier in Los Angeles I wore a huge fall and a white silk beaded bib dress. Very 60's."
2. Worst Moment: Golden Globes in 2006
"My worst is still that green Gucci dress at the Golden Globes. Yikes. It's a beautiful dress. Just not on me."
Hey, we all make mistakes. At least she has a good sense of humor about it.
