Andy Cohen and Dwyane Wade Are Now Casually Swapping Dad Tips
The WWHL host and the basketball pro have bonded over their love of Baby Bjorn.
And to think, there was a time when neither Andy Cohen nor NBA great Dwyane Wade put any thought into the benefits of baby-wearing. But now that both men are proud papas, they wouldn't dream of boarding a private jet without their little ones strapped onto their chests — and they've started bonding over this and other parts of baby-rearing.
After the Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen host posted a photo of himself wearing his son, Benjamin Allen Cohen, on a private plane, Wade did the same. And yes, he was sure to credit his muse.
In a February 20 Instagram post, the dad stood on a jet with his baby daughter, Kaavia, strapped to his chest. "Wherever we’re going. Just know I got you!!! @kaaviajames," he wrote. He added,"@bravoandy swag."
Andy caught wind of the comment and responded, "You and I are basically the same person!!!! All the best to your family! Can yours teach mine (basketball)?" The dad banter continued when Wade wrote back, "We can [exchange] talents any day haha."
Great! So, does that mean Kaavia will also teach baby Benjamin some social media skills when he's ready? The 3-month-old girl already has an Instagram account with nearly half a million followers. And baby's got jokes!
Next to one photo that shows mom Gabrielle Union grinning blissfully in her face, the caption reads: "She's still looking at me isn't she? Just stay real still and don't make eye contact. She will eventually stop cheesing and move on. #shadybaby." Oh, did we mention? #shadybaby is her hash tag. Every 3-month-old has to have one.
