Gwyneth Paltrow: Goat Milk Cleanse
An interview with Women's Health revealed that Paltrow recently went on a goat-milk-only cleanse for eight days straight. No crunchy veggie salads or detox granola bars. No coffee-free warming lattes. Not even bone broth. Goat's milk contains less lactose than cow's milk, and may help your body better process iron, calcium, phosphorous, and magnesium, according to experts. It's also been reported to reduce inflammation, boost your immune system, and reduce blood pressure. Apparently, however, Paltrow went on her milk-only diet to fight parasites in her body.
