Mannequin Meltdown

Hannah tells us what it's like to work for Rosie.

By Hannah Hurwitz

Blogging is going be a challenge. I don't have a lot of time to collect my thoughts, much less write them down, but I'm determined to give it a try. I'm really excited about the first episode of Pregnant in Heels airing tonight. I wonder how people will react to it? I wonder if it will result in an uptick in pregnancies among New York socialites, like the show Teen Mom apparently did among high school girls. It's a frightening prospect for humanity, but I have to admit it would be good for business. Rosie's clients this week, Sarah and John, Samantha and Mitch, were very tough to manage, but I'm happy that we were able to provide them with all the guidance and support they needed!

We didn't touch on it much in this episode, but the window displays are really important for the store. It's the first thing people see when they walk by and we try to make sure it really catches their eye and brings them in. Rosie is painstakingly critical of the way the mannequins are dressed, so when the time comes to change their outfits, we're pretty stressed!
