Hear about all the ups and downs of Michelle's pregnancy.

I just arrived back to NYC from a wonderful trip to see my family in Amelia Island, Florida when on a whim I decided to take a pregnancy test and to my surprise after several negative tests for three months it was POSTIVE! I was so thrilled to see "pregnant" instead of "not pregnant!" (I got the tests that read the results very clearly -- no faint pink/blue lines that you can't see!) I know you are supposed to wait to tell people but I could not wait to spread the word to family! John and I are THRILLED and I called my sister Elizabeth first.

Mommy and baby's first trip of many before the cut off date for travel. I am on an Amtrak train to Washington, DC for a very exciting event celebrating Wedgwood's 250th Anniversary and the train is so packed with people that I have to ride backwards. Not helping my nausea and yet all I can think is I need MORE candy! I have the worst morning sickness, just as I did with my son for the first three months of pregnancy, but I didn't have these crazy candy cravings. I have always been a healthy eater and am trying to stay one while pregnant. However, candy is the only thing that helps my stomach! Stephen is my most wonderful, supportive friend and he has packed our bags with Dots, ginger snaps, ginger chews (ginger is supposed to help with nausea), and Preggie Pop Drops. I have decided with all these candy cravings that it must mean I am having a very sweet little girl!

We are on Amtrak again heading to Philadelphia for a luncheon and lecture series for Wedgwood Day at the Philadelphia Club with Lord and Lady Wedgwood. I am starting to feel much better and had enough time to see the Princess Diana exhibit at the Philadelphia Museum prior to the event, which was amazing! My cravings have moved to HOT TAMALES! I can't get enough of them! Does this mean the baby is going to be sweet and sassy? On another note, it's incredible how some people don't know how to talk to a pregnant woman. Stephen can't stop telling me how huge my boobs are!

Celebrating Thanksgiving in NYC and the wonderful news after tests that our baby is healthy and that we are having a GIRL! We are so excited and have so much to be thankful for! When I told my mom she started crying –- I would have been happy with a healthy boy or girl, but to have one of each is perfect! But I have to admit, I am very excited about the clothes with this one.

Tonight's one of my company's biggest and most important events, and I am right in the thick of it, and I feel amazing! I can't wait celebrate the Waterford Ball descending down in Times Square to celebrate the New Year in NYC and all the exciting opportunities to come. The event and the press coverage for Waterford were amazing after a lot of coordinating personally and professionally, and we rang in the NEW YEAR with a BLAST! 2010 here we come!

Flying again to Los Angeles at five months pregnant to the People's Choice Awards. Slightly worried about a six hour trip but feeling great and very excited for Waterford to create the awards for the show! Arrived in LA and sat outside with our Waterford team planning the walk on the red carpet and a skit talking about the Waterford brand with Chevy Chase and Jenna Elfman. We saw dozens of celebrities including Ellen DeGeneres, Johnny Depp, and Carrie Underwood holding their new Waterford trophies as they took home a People's Choice Award win. The SLS hotel is amazing along with the gorgeous weather. Happy to be in LA! At a fun after party a young entrepreneur started to hit on me and didn't even notice I was five months pregnant! (I can still wear my regular clothes.) Totally flattering, especially being in LA, but NOT interested –- I couldn't be happier with my life!

Happy Valentine's Day to my family! I (or should I say we) ate an entire box of chocolate (remember my sweet girl loves candy)! I cannot believe it's eleven weeks to baby!

I took a breast-feeding an infant CPR class. I had taken these classes before my son was born (he is now two and a half), but I wanted a refresher and to be over prepared! Very exciting and an inspiring teacher! I also tried a pre-natal yoga class and loved it!

It's the week of Tabletop Market, our busiest event at work when we launch all of our amazing new products for the year. Everyone thought at nine months pregnant that I would not want to be on my feet working with press and magazine editors for four days straight, but it actually had the opposite effect. It kept me more focused and gave me more energy! On the home front the baby's room is finished, and we have all the gear ready that we will need for the baby. I have even washed all her clothes and have her nursery bedding ready. It is so much easier the second time!

I wrote a poem for my baby today. I can't wait to read it to her. It's about life and all the great opportunities she will learn about! I also included that she will have an amazing big brother that she will grow with that is so excited to meet her! I know I need to get my sleep now before the baby comes! I also know that my hubby John and I will be a great team.

My last day at work before my maternity leave (baby is due in six days!), and we started filming with Bravo! We had a blast, however it was long days and lots of running around and waiting, but I prefer to stay busy! Feeling great! I am really looking forward to my mom coming in town a few days before the baby is due!

Finished filming at 8pm, and I went in to labor at 2am. We welcomed Elle Deane Richards that morning at 5:30am! She is finally here and absolutely beautiful! Life is great!
