Christian Siriano Presents His First Runway Show at Paris Fashion Week
The Bravo's Project Runway mentor brought his colorful Spring 2020 collection overseas for an unforgettable encore presentation.
Christian Siriano just added another groundbreaking accomplishment to his fashion portfolio: his first Paris Fashion Week show. After a spectacular New York Fashion Week presentation for his Spring 2020 collection, the Bravo's Project Runway mentor decided to take his incredible designs overseas for an encore show.
On Wednesday, Christian put his colorful, pop art-inspired pieces on display in front of the Parisian fashion scene — with a few familiar faces in the crowd. Sitting front row was none other than Project Runway host Karlie Kloss showing her support for Christian alongside Alicia Silverstone, Larsen Thompson, Shannon Purser, and Leigh Lezark.
Not only did Christian bless Paris with his whimsical designs, but he also brought his push for diversity on the runway to the annual fashion event. Christian, once again, cast a diverse range of models varying in size, complexion, and ethnicity to display his clothes. Model Coco Rocha opened the show in a shimmery, black fringe jumpsuit and Cindy Bruna closed the show in a dramatic, floor-length, multicolored tulle gown.
"Can’t believe we just showed our collection in Paris! Thank you everyone for all the hard work!" Christian shared on Instagram.
