Mercedes "MJ" Javid Moved to a "Contemporary" Calabasas House: See Inside

Mercedes "MJ" Javid has moved into her dream home. "It was on my vision board... When I get married and have children, I'm moving to Calabasas," the Shahs of Sunset cast member declared in the video above. 

MJ and Tommy Feight's move from "a glass and concrete box on the top of a cliff," as she described it, to a large home in the suburbs has brought with it plenty of changes, especially when it comes to space and amenities. "We went from like a little 2-bedroom, 2-[bathroom] to a contemporary 5-bedroom, 4-[bathroom], backyard, front yard, grass, fire pit, jacuzzi," she explained. 

While MJ considers the home her ideal space, it certainly has major perks for Tommy as well. "Now that we're in the suburbs, Tommy's clothes don't have to be in the garage," she explained. "He has an office, which we didn't have before."

Now, Tommy also has more input in the design of the home. "I consciously wanted this to be a house where Tommy has say in things that happen in the house," MJ said. "Like, are we gonna put photographs up? Are we gonna have a couch that he wants? Where are things gonna go?" However, she noted, "I would never allow Tommy to make a decision about decor."
