These Are the Most Over-the-Top Fashion Moments from Shahs of Sunset

From gift-giving to hosting parties to friendship interventions, everything the Shahs of Sunset cast members do is over-the-top — and they always have equally grand ensembles ready for any occasion. When it comes to fashion, our favorite group of Persian pals simply doesn't do casual. In fact, even their more chill, "laid-back" style choices are next-level, often featuring flashy tracksuits and plenty of gold accessories, of course. 

Over the past eight seasons, Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi, Destiney Rose, Mercedes "MJ" Javid, Mike Shouhed, Reza Farahan, and the rest of the crew have blessed us with some of the most incredible fashion moments in Bravo history. So, we figured it's only right to give these lewks the shine they deserve. And with every single episode of Shahs of Sunset currently available for streaming on the Bravo app, now is the perfect time to relive these moments.

Starting with Reza's 38th Las Vegas birthday trip when the Shahs cast shone brighter than the Vegas strip in glittering gold dresses and designer suits to MJ's glamorous wedding where the cast dressed to the nines, we're giving you a look back at this group's most memorable ensembles. 

Two words perfectly capture the aesthetic for this weekend trip: gold and flashy. In Season 1, Episode 2, the Shahs crew came ready to turn Las Vegas up ("Persian style," as Reza described) for Reza's 38th birthday. All weekend long, GG, MJ, Reza, Mike, and former cast member Sammy Younai broke out a slew of glittery dresses, designer suits, and of course sexy swimwear. 

Who could forget this epic vacay full of vodka, fiery tequila shots, and table-top dancing? Cabo San Lucas, Mexico seriously wasn't ready for this group and their show-stopping swimsuits. In Season 2, Episode 6, Asa and former Shahs pal Lilly Ghalichi let loose in bold bikinis featuring thong bottoms and plunging tops while MJ partied it up in her signature tiny cut-out monokinis.  

In Season 3, Episode 1, Lilly celebrated her 30th birthday with a bash fit for a Persian princess. Invitees GG, Asa, Mike, Reza, and Adam Neely got all dressed up for the black-tie event in sharp tuxes and floor-length gowns while the birthday girl had not one, but three outfits. Reza was also crowned prom king for the evening. 

The dress code for Asa Soltan Rahmati's diamond water launch party in Season 3, Episode 9, was just as luxurious as the gem-infused beverage itself. Host Asa dazzled in a green lace gown while attendees GG, Reza, Adam, Lilly, MJ, and Mike also broke out some of their sharpest evening wear. 

Themed parties are an area of expertise for this group, especially when they call for opulent and flashy attire. So, when former cast member Asifa Mirza threw a '70s Bollywood-themed celebration in Season 4, Episode 10, the Persian pals went all out. GG, MJ, Asa, Reza, Adam, and friend Shervin Roohparvar appeared decked out in Hindi-inspired threads. Reza even traded in his signature sleek 'do for a large-than-life 'fro. 

This sweet moment between Reza and Adam in Season 5, Episode 7, was a night to remember — and the Shahs crew made it more unforgettable with their chic fashion choices. A then-blonde MJ even rocked a Reza-approved mustache for the occasion. 

Asa's kaftan collection debut in Season 5, Episode 9, was a moment. Not only did the fashion designer transport us to a tropical climate with her bold and breezy designs, but her show was also full of stylish supporters including GG, Mike, Shervin, Reza, and MJ. Also in attendance: members of the Jackson family(!) including boyfriend Jermaine Jackson Jr. and La Toya Jackson.

When MJ and Tommy Feight tied the knot in Season 7, Episode 13, GG, Mike, Reza, Destiney, Shervin, Nema, and Shahs friend Mona Vand all showed up in style to support the happy couple. Naturally, it was the bride who stole the show that evening. MJ made a breathtaking entrance in a custom mermaid gown by Pedram Couture and later switched into a sexy sheer lace jumpsuit for the reception. Of course, Tommy looked extra sharp in his tux as well, which he paired with black and silver Air Jordans. 

Nothing comes close to this moment right here. Mike, Nema, and Shervin dressing as MJ's mom, Vida, for her retirement party in Season 8, Episode 8, was the gift we never knew we needed. From the wigs to the prosthetic makeup to Vida's signature statement blazers and necklaces, the guys truly outdid themselves.
