Kathryn C. Dennis wears her heart on her sleeve — well, actually her denim jacket. The Southern Charm model uses her wardrobe and fashion sense to express her creativity, and sometimes, she spells out exactly what she's thinking. Yesterday, Kathryn snapped some behind-the-scenes videos from a modeling shoot, where she wore a custom jacket displaying what's most important in her life. Her jean jacket's lapels were emblazoned with two hearts stitched with the names of her children, Kensie and Saint.
