Because Naomie keeps it real and shares the details on everything she does as part of her beauty routine (including fillers and Botox), she shared where she loves to go in Charleston for healthy skin. "Hands down the BEST facial in Charleston is at Spa Azure (formerly ToskaSpa)," Naomie wrote on her selfie.
