Naomie Olindo had specific criteria when it came to picking out her Southern Charm Season 6 reunion dress, as she explains in the video above. While the boutique owner says her dress is "nothing crazy," the whole look with her hair and makeup is a total knockout.
Fortunately for us, the Bravo-beloved glam team of makeup artist Caroline Blanchard and hairstylist Julius Michael just spilled the exact products they used for Naomie's pretty-in-hot-pink look, from those voluminous lashes to her sleek high ponytail.
“The whole creativity begins right from, ‘OK, what are you wearing," Blanchard explained in an interview with Page Six Style, explaining that she wanted to complement Naomie's L'abeye dress without matching it exactly. "I didn’t want to have fuchsia eyes, fuchsia dress, and so it worked for me to try and find a balance where I could pick up on hints of the color," she said. Read on for tips on how to channel Naomie's reunion glam.
Foundation, Blush, and Highlighter
Blanchard prepped Naomie's skin with Guinot’s Hydrazone Fluid Cream. "I’m not a major primer fan. Moisturizers are my fav because they don’t change the texture of foundation," she explained on Instagram. For foundation, she turned to Georgio Armani. For a healthy glow, Blanchard applied blush via NARS Exposed Cheek Palette and then dusted Naomie's face with Thrive Causemetics Cosmo Power 3D Strobing Highlighter.
Naomie's delicate smoky eye is a blend of pinks and purples, starting with a metallic deep purple liner. Blanchard used Urban Decay Sparkle Out Loud 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Viper. Those fluttery lashes are courtesy of Huda Beauty Classic False Lashes.
Before applying lip gloss, Blanchard gave Naomie a simple and pretty nude pink pout by painting on Two Faced Melted Latex Liquified High Shine Lipstick.
To recreate what Naomie called "the sassiest pony I’ve ever had," make like Michael and use CHI Silk Infusion Silk Reconstructing Complex for shine, followed by CHI Infra Texture Hair Spray and CHI Shine Infusion Hair Shine Spray. He also used Hidden Crown Hair Extensions and a Pulleez ponytail holder.
Even Naomie wants to try to steal these pros' techniques. "Already tried to redo the hair and makeup myself but of course ended up looking like a dingus," she joked on Instagram.
