In February of last year, Madison LeCroy revealed she was undergoing tattoo removal treatment on a piece of ink on her wrist. At the time, the Southern Charm mom didn’t reveal much else, but she recently took to social media to share an update on the process and tell the interesting story behind the tattoo she no longer wants.
In a series of June 15 Instagram Stories, Madison told the tale behind the body ink. “All right, so, I knew there was going to be a day and a time when I was going to have to talk about this horrendous tattoo that I had,” she said. “So, [there’s] no meaning behind the tattoo. To be honest, I was turning 17 [years old]. I used a fake ID that said I was 33. I don’t know how the heck this guy even let me do this, but at that point, I just wanted a wrist tattoo.”
She continued, “My mom was questioning everything about my life choices, all from the wrist tattoo. She’s like... ‘I don’t recognize you,’ and [she had] every right to. [I’m] trying to get this off before Hudson starts, you know, wondering.”
“Anyways, it said ‘faith’ on it,” Madison explained. “This is about the fifth or sixth time I’ve had this lasered... But honestly, nobody would even know that I’d ever had a tattoo.”
In another Instagram Story, Madison showed the process of the removal. “Getting rid of my 16 year old mistakes,” she wrote.
