The Southern Charm mom shared a peek at what she's keeping in her fridge during a 30-day clean-eating plan.

Madison LeCroy is kicking off 2021 strong. The Southern Charm beauty recently revealed that she’s starting off the new year with a 30-day clean-eating plan, taking to Instagram to share a look at exactly what foods she’s keeping on hand in her fridge in the coming weeks.

On January 1, Madison spilled the details on the changes she’s making to her diet in the new year. The Charleston mom, who has always been an avid fitness buff, is stepping up her game by following a month-long plan that focuses on veggies, proteins, and healthy fats and does away with dairy, alcohol, and artificial sugars.

“Day one. No alcohol, no carbs, no sugar. 29 days to go,” she captioned a photo of herself in the gym.

After emptying her fridge and “starting from scratch,” Madison also shared a peek inside her newly stocked refrigerator. As captured in the snapshots below, the fridge is jam-packed with eggs, greens, vegetables, and fruits (which, as she later clarified, consist of natural carbs and sugars, not artificial ones).

She also offered a look at some of the healthy protein-packed meals she’s whipping up for lunch and dinner, such as tuna on a bed of lettuce and lemon chicken with broccoli.
