Which Bravo Celeb Is on a Dream Vacation — in a Vintage Airplane in the Jungle!? (PICS)
You need to see these gloriously unique Costa Rica accommodations.
We already know that Lindsay Hubbard has her vacation strategy down. When the Summer House pal clocks out of her high-profile city job for a weekend in Montauk, she lives up every moment of summery fun. And, thanks to a recent series of Instagram snaps, we know that Lindsay knows her way around a rainforest, too.
The PR pro is currently vacationing in Costa Rica, and this time she's trading in a rental house for something slightly different. "Hubbs" is staying at Hotel Costa Verde, and she couldn't be any more impressed with her room... or should we say, airplane cabin.
Tucked into a jungle canopy, the hotel has 70 rooms including the Lindsay-approved Cockpit Cottage. To access the bungalow, Lindsay had to cross the jungle on a suspension bridge before entering the refurbished Boeing 727, which the hotel owners transformed from a vintage plane in a rusty aviation graveyard.
Inside the wood-paneled cockpit, there's a king-size bed, a bathroom, a kitchen with a full-size fridge, and a balcony with sweeping ocean views. The whole experience is pretty first-class, one could say, and Lindsay offered a behind-the-scenes tour of the room on her Instagram Stories. Take a peek:
This is one elevated travel experience, folks.
