Are Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula Planning to Leave New York City?

On Part 2 of the Summer House Season 6 reunion, Amanda Batula made it clear that she has real estate on her mind. After Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard revealed they were considering buying a house together, Amanda asked Kyle Cooke, “When are we gonna buy a house?” to which he replied, “When it’s not a bad market.” More recently, Kyle shared an update on the couple's home-related plans.

“There’s been lots of talks about like, ‘How long are we going to stay in the city?’” Kyle told BravoTV.com at NBC Universal’s upfront presentation on May 16. “You know, right now it’s a frothy real estate market, which gives me a little time.”

“I think I want to try to ride this out in New York [City] a little longer,” he continued. “I’m thinking Amanda is starting to kind of agree. Like, we don’t know, are we going to Westchester [County, New York]? Are we going to New Jersey? Connecticut? There [are] so many options. Right now, we’re still trying to build Loverboy, and we have an office now here, and I just can’t imagine a world in which we had to commute. So, TBD.”

As for Lindsay and Carl, although they pondered buying a house in the Hamptons during the reunion, they recently shared they will be moving into a two-bedroom NYC apartment next month. Carl opened up to Us Weekly about their big news, declaring, “We’re really excited to start our next chapter together.”
