Paige DeSorbo Made a Pillow Look Like a Million-Dollar Dress
The Summer House style maven nailed Instagram's latest unconventional fashion trend.
People have bee getting very creative during self-quarantine. Case in point: Instagram's latest fashion trend, the pillow dress. Fashion bloggers and influencers have been taking their household pillows and belting them to their bodies as dresses. (Yes, this is really a thing.) Recently, Summer House resident stylista Paige DeSorbo joined in on the fun, and of course, she absolutely killed it.
On April 8, Paige posted a photo of herself looking oh-so-fabulous in a feathery black ensemble. At first glance, we thought the writer had posted a throwback pic of herself en route to a fancy gala or event. Nope. The fierce snap was in fact Paige's submission for the pillow dress challenge. The Summer House cast member managed to make a black feather pillow look like a piece pulled fresh off a designer rack. She belted the pillow to her body with a pearl belt and elevated her DIY outfit with matching black pearl-studded sandals, a silver clutch, and a tousled top knot. That's talent.
"I HAD to do the pillow dress trend, I was born for it," she captioned the post.
