How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta on Peacock and the Bravo App.

When fans first met Housewife Sanya Richards-Ross and her husband, Aaron (she lovingly calls him by his last name, "Ross"), on RHOA Season 14 Episode 1, they were introduced by Drew Sidora prior to a group training session at the gym.

"[Sanya is] a four-time gold Olympic medalist sprinter, and Aaron Ross is her husband. [He's a] two-time Super Bowl champion," Drew shared. "I feel like they're either the best or the worst people to hit the gym with."

Both outstanding athletes, Sanya and Ross' lengthy relationship has a winning streak of its own. The pair have been married since 2010 and were together for seven years before that.

"Ross and I met in the cafeteria at the University of Texas," Sanya explained in the same episode. "I called him over, because I always know what I want, and we were inseparable after that."

Aaron Ross Update 01

Ross attended the University of Texas at Austin from 2002 until 2006, which is also where he met the woman who would become his wife. He also played some great football there: His team won the 2005 NCAA Division 1-A National Championship, their first victory since 1970.

During his time with the Texas Longhorns, Ross played 51 games, ending his tenure by winning the prestigious Jim Thorpe Award, which named him the nation's top collegiate defensive back.

"I just feel unbelievably blessed to have won the Thorpe Award," said Ross in a press release at the time. "I'm overwhelmed. It's such a great honor that is named after the greatest athlete of all time and has been won by so many great players. I can't begin to say how humbling it is to join such a prestigious group."
