Mary Cosby has shared quite a few interesting tidbits about herself on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, including her fondness for colorful thrones, dislike for bubbly drinks, and her mannequin collection. But viewers learned some surprising new facts about the RHOSLC ‘Wife on the October 10 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, including details about her past with Andy.
During Mary’s WWHL appearance, alongside Ashley Darby, Andy asked Mary if she ever watched Real Housewives before she became one.
During the conversation, Andy revealed a little known fact about his past run-ins with Mary. “People don’t know that Mary Cosby and I used to go to the same little private gym in the West Village, and we used to see each other at the gym,” said Andy.
“But Andy was cool, and he was a celebrity,” said Mary. “I was somewhere passing out.”
Andy also revealed the mutual love for Christian Louboutin he shares with Mary in his Instagram Stories, as he showed both of them wearing the designer's iconic red-bottomed shoes.
"Look at the shoes of Mary M. Cosby," said Andy in his Instagram story, showing Mary's sparkly stilettos. "Mary, who makes those shoes?"
"Christian Louboutin," Mary replied, while Andy showed his own red-soled footwear, adding, "Mine too!"
It turns out the RHOSLC cast member is no stranger to New York City — in addition to her luxurious Utah estate, Mary and her husband, Robert Cosby Sr., also have properties in New York City, Las Vegas, Orlando, and Carmel, Indiana.
“We don't rent our houses or anything. When we're not there, they are empty,” Mary previously explained on the show’s January 6 episode. “We don't share,” she added.
"I didn't know you bake," Whitney shared when Mary came over to her home with some cookies.
"I do," Mary said in response. "I love to bake."
"I had no idea that Mary knew how to bake," said Whitney, later adding, "This woman is full of surprises."
