Andy Cohen and Tinsley Mortimer Just Weighed in on These Unforgettable RHONY Season 11 Moments
The Real Housewives of New York City ladies definitely set some new records this year.
The Real Housewives of New York City Season 11 definitely contained some jaw-dropping moments. Viewers weren't the only ones left totally shocked by the Big Apple ladies' antics — some notable Bravolebs were left in awe of the incredible footage as well. This includes a RHONY lady herself — Tinsley Mortimer — as well as Andy Cohen. The two weighed in on the season's craziest moments on the RHONY After Show and at the Season 11 reunion.
First, during the RHONY After Show, Tinsley and her mother, Dale Mercer, discussed an unforgettable incident from the beginning of the season: When Tinsley, Ramona Singer, and Sonja Morgan attended Barbara Kavovit's clambake and Ramona and Sonja took home doggie bags of lobster — ostensibly for Dorinda Medley — after staying only a short while.
"We definitely were rude to stay only, not even an hour," Tinsley admitted in the video above. "It was not planned. We had planned for an hour. 30 minutes in, Ramona was going to go in and scold Barbara. Then we were going to stay a little bit longer and then leave and that was the plan, so we felt sort of right in making up that plan, but it didn't go that well because Ramona went right in as she got there. So we were down under the 30-minute mark and then by 30 minutes I think we had lobsters and we were running. So I don't know; it was really inappropriate and rude. All of it was uncomfortable."
As for watching Ramona and Sonja dining and dashing with doggie bags, Tinsley reiterated: "I was horrified," and added that she was definitely not the one taking any lobsters. "I don't eat lobster; I'm allergic to them. So it didn't matter to me. I had caviar at home and that's what I wanted."
However, that was far from the one cringeworthy moment of the season. In fact, the moment that Andy thinks takes the cake was during an unforgettable charity event in which Ramona, Sonja, and Dorinda jockeyed to speak over one another.
"I've seen a lot of cringeworthy moments on this franchise. The New York Loves Kids event was as cringeworthy as it gets," he said.
Ramona, however, has a different take on the event. "But it was successful. That was good news. We brought attention and the law was passed."
Still, Dorinda and Ramona share another perspective; take a look at what they had to say below.
