Andy Cohen "Wept" Seeing Teresa Giudice Return to Real Housewives of New Jersey
The #WWHL host dishes on what fans will see when #RHONJ returns next month.
You might want to have tissues ready for The Real Housewives of New Jersey return. Andy Cohen has seen the premiere, and he admits that the July 10 episode, which will, in part, chronicle Teresa Guidice's return home after an 11-month stay at a Connecticut facility, definitely left him feeling emotional.
"I've seen it three or four times, and I wept every time," he told Entertainment Tonight. "It's the realest, most raw moment that I've seen. When you see these four girls jump in her arms, it's like nothing that I've seen."
The new season will take a look at Teresa as she adjusts to life after her release and tries to put the pieces of her relationships back together, including those with Melissa Gorga and Jacqueline Laurita. "You do see a different Teresa, and you do see how this year away really changed her," he said. "It's interesting to see how the terrain lays out between her and her sister-in-law, who have never gotten along. And she and her ex-best friend of 12 years, Jacqueline, those are the two relationships to watch, and you'll be surprised by how they turn out."
RHONJ returns July 10 at 8/7c. Below, check out a preview of Teresa and Jacqueline from the new season.
