Ariana Madix is making her feelings for her brother clear. In a recent Instagram Story, the Vanderpump Rules cast member opened up about the special relationship she shares with her little bro, Jeremy Madix. And if you need a reminder that sibling love is alive and well, this post will deliver. 

In her Story, Ariana shared a picture of herself and Jeremy looking delighted to be together. This will come as no surprise to Vanderpump Rules fans, who have heard about Jeremy — and Ariana’s love for him — before. (SUR patrons are no strangers to Jeremy, either: In 2016, he got a job at the West Hollywood hot spot.) 

In the clip above, the proud big sister says that, in her mind, “[Jeremy] is always gonna be this little 11-year-old boy that calls me Sissy and wants me to watch him play baseball in the front yard. We’re seven years apart, so he’s like a really little brother. I’ve always been really protective of him.”

Some people see Jeremy in a different way. In the video, Ariana continues: “Every time I go on Twitter someone else is saying they have a crush on my brother. I guess I’m not surprised because I think he’s so cute, but I think he’s so cute in a little brother way and I picture this little kid. Some people say he’s, like, hot. I’m like, oh, good to know.” 

So how does Ariana see her brother? Her recent post makes it clear. To caption the new photo of herself and Jeremy, the Florida native wrote: “When I was 7 years old, I was blessed with a best friend, a teammate, and a protector in the form of the best little brother in the world. I love you so much, Jerbear. Happy birthday.” 

In 2021, the Something About Her co-owner shared another tribute to her younger sibling. “Nothing better than hanging out with my brother and getting to start all our sentences with ‘remember when’ and confuse everyone around us with 10-layer inside jokes,” she wrote on Instagram. “Love you.”

That same year, Ariana posted the sweetest throwback photo and tribute to Jeremy. “It is such an honor to be your big sis and I’m so proud of you every day,” she wrote in May 2021. “You always blow me away with your creativity and ability to see the good in every person. Thank you for being the best brother in the whole world! It blows my MIND that you’re turning 29 today!! How the heck did that happen?!” Now he’s 31, and his sister’s love is stronger than ever!
