Ashley Darby Had the Most Extreme Gender Reveal for Her Baby We've Ever Seen

Finding out the gender of your baby is exciting in and of itself. But Ashley Darby and her husband, Michael Darby, decided to make the gender reveal for their child even more thrilling.
Ashley shared her gender reveal in a video posted on Instagram on Wednesday, May 29. But this wasn't your typical gender reveal where blue or pink sprinkles spill out of a cake or something. Oh, no. The Real Housewives of Potomac couple took to the skies to find out whether they will be having a boy or a girl.
The gender reveal happened during Michael's skydiving session. While he soared through the air, Michael opened up a package that revealed some blue dust, showing that he and Ashley are expecting a baby boy.
"Here it is my darlings!" Ashley gushed in the announcement on Instagram. "Mickey and I are so happy to share this incredible news with you, as we prepare for this amazing gift to come into our lives! We are BEYOND WORDS excited!"
Ashley teased last week that her gender reveal was on its way, which she was "sooooo excited to share" with fans.
After confirming that she is expecting her first child with Michael in February, Ashley told PEOPLE the couple had been “going back and forth with names" before they even knew the sex of their baby. “With an Australian man who tends to lean more towards the English side with his name choices, it’s very interesting,” Ashley said of Michael. “He wants it to be a Phillip or an Elizabeth or something very regal. It needs a little bit of culture in there!”
Ashley and Michael already celebrated a major milestone earlier this month. She commemorated their 5th wedding anniversary on May 17 with a touching tribute to her husband on Instagram. "These five years have been such a treat alongside you, Mickey. I can't even explain to anyone how much I love and cherish this man," Ashley shared. "A great husband, provider, supporter, adventurer, and most of all - loving father. Happy Anniversary my love."
