Ashley Jacobs Is "Feeling Cheesy" This Valentine's Day with Her Boyfriend

Back in December, Southern Charm ex-girlfriend Ashley Jacobs revealed that she had a new boyfriend. "Found someone close to my own age!!" the nurse joked when announcing her new relationship with Mike Appel, the Brand Allies and Chief Matching Officer at Related Garments.

She then told Us Weekly of their relationship: “I’m so happy. It’s weird having something so healthy. It feels too good to be true, but I think [that's] how most things are to be honest with you.”  

And it appears the couple is still going strong. In a holiday Instagram post, Ashley wrote, "You COLOR my world, Valentine," adding the hashtag "#FeelingCheesy."

Ashley previously reflected on how this relationship differs from other ones, telling Us Weekly, "I still live in those moments even with my current boyfriend. It’s like, I don’t call him back right away and I’m like, ‘Oh my God, is he gonna pick up my phone call? Is he gonna be mad?’” she shared. “And he’s not and I’m like, ‘I have to re-train my brain, you know, this is healthy! That’s what it’s supposed to be!’ And I’m not saying that I was never in another healthy relationship, I was. I just don’t remember. It’s like, I have amnesia everything prior to this.”
