Bobby Giancola is sorry for the way he handled himself during his appearance with fellow Below Deck Mediterranean yachtie Hannah Ferrier during the May 2 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
The deckhand apologized in a note posted on Twitter Monday. "I want to take a moment to address my recent appearance on 'Watch What Happens Live' and say I'm sorry. First, I want to share that Hannah, Lauren [Cohen], and I have an awkward history that [led] to this public argument," the post began. "I remained quiet over the past year and obviously let it fester for too long. As the uncomfortable comments came out on live TV, I let [my] emotions take over. It wasn't my intention to share personal information about my past experiences with Hannah or Lauren, but it was brought up, so I felt the need to defend myself. By trying to defend myself, my nerves and frustration made me say things I regret and I definitely could have handled myself in a more diplomatic manner - for that I truly apologize."
Things became tense between Bobby and Hannah during their WWHL appearance after a preview of Tuesday night's episode of Below Deck Med was shown in which the yachties argue aboard the Sirocco. Bobby and Hannah had a difference of opinion on the events leading up to their Below Deck Med disagreement. The two then proceeded to bicker about Bobby's relationship with Lauren and Hannah's feelings about the deckhand.
