Bobby Giancola Has One Major Regret from Below Deck Med
The #BelowDeckMed yachtie reveals his lowest point of Season 1.
The Below Deck Mediterranean crew's celebration of Danny Zureikat's departure came to a screeching halt at the end of Tuesday's episode when Bobby Giancola's attempt to bring his lady friend back to the Ionian Princess was met with protests from many of his crewmates. Even though First Mate Bryan Kattenburg gave him the green light, the rest of the crew, including Chief Stew Hannah Ferrier, deckhand Jen Riservato, and stewardesses Julia d'Albert Pusey and Tiffany Copeland, couldn't stand behind Bobby disobeying Captain Mark Howard's orders.
That didn't sit well with Bobby, and he directed an expletive toward the ladies that he wished he hadn't said. "My biggest regret would have to be our last night in Santorini," Bobby told The Daily Dish earlier this summer while looking back at the entire season of Below Deck Med. "We all drank a lot that night. We just kind of let loose, and I ended up getting in a little argument with the ladies, and I called [them] a name, and I regret saying the name. I didn't mean it as derogatory as [it came out]. I should have chosen another word."
Bobby didn't say what that word was or what he would have said differently, but it's clear to see that it's still painful for him to relive the moment today. "I am so very sorry from the bottom of my heart to you Jen, Tiff, Hannah, and especially you Julia!" Bobby tweeted Tuesday night during the episode. "Alcohol got the best of me on this night along with all the frustration and stress of the season. I took it out on all of you and that was unacceptable behavior. I'm disgusted with myself and you will never see that side of me again. I'm so sorry to all of you and hope you can forgive me. My head is down and my tail is between my legs."
This wasn't Bobby's only conflict in Tuesday night's episode. The yachtie also got into it again with his fellow deckhand Danny. Relive the drama, below.
