The Below Deck Med Crew Still Doesn't See Eye-to-Eye on Hannah Ferrier's Texting

The yachties have a lot to say about this bit of #BelowDeckMed drama.

Hannah Ferrier Confronts the Crew

It looks like drama follows the Below Deck Mediterranean crew even off the boat. Remember when the Sirocco crew found out that Hannah Ferrier had been exchanging messages with charter guest Jason Ziegler after he got off the boat? Well, these yachties are still arguing about it to this day in what can only be described as the most epic Twitter spat in Below Deck Med history.

How to Watch

Watch Below Deck Mediterranean on Monday, June 3 at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app

It all started when Wes Walton defended Malia White after one fan called her "a bit hypocritical" for calling Hannah out for kissing Jason when she has locked lips with a couple of crew members herself. "It's a dismissible offense to make out with a charter guest but not with crew," Wes tweeted in response. "The boat is our home. So relationships do occur."

Bugsy Drake backed Wes up by explaining that relationships with colleagues seem to be "more acceptable in yachting because you are always on the move or at sea, have to make a life within the lifestyle."

Hannah then reminded Wes that she did discuss the matter with Captain Sandy Yawn. "I [heart] how u make the rules now @Wesleywaltonrsa," Hannah tweeted. "I do believe I spoke to @CaptSandyYawn about that..."

When another Below Deck Med fan called some of the crew out for reading Hannah's messages, Wes defended his fellow yachties. "Did you watch the same episode?" he tweeted. "iPad=boats aka, everyone is free to its contents. Especially when it's buzzing the whole time. #ourjob."

But Hannah still doesn't agree that this is acceptable behavior for a crew member. "R u seriously preaching professionalism and then saying it's ok 2 read a primary charter guest txt for 10 hours @Wesleywaltonrsa ?!?!" she tweeted to the bosun.

Lauren Cohen also questioned Wes' idea of professionalism. "Your job is to read charter guests messages when they dropped their phone in the jacuzzi?" she tweeted. "Please tell me more about being professional..."

Lauren and Max Hagley discussed Hannah bringing the crew up in her messages to the charter guest during their appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last week. See more of their take on the situation, below.
