Captain Lee Rosbach Has Spoken! This Below Deck Crew Member Has Improved the Most
Find out which yachtie got some major props from the Below Deck boss.
Captain Lee Rosbach has never been one to hold back his brutal honesty about the Below Deck crew, and this season is certainly no exception. Though Captain Lee has made it clear that he thinks the Valor yachties needed to step up their game this season, he does have some kind words about the progress one crew member has made.
One fan asked Captain Lee who he thinks is the most improved out of the entire crew this season on Twitter Tuesday night. "I'm giving it to [Baker Manning]," Captain Lee tweeted in response. "No drama, just good hard work and gets along with everyone."
Well, except for when Baker and Jen Howell got into that argument during a recent wild night out on Below Deck, of course (clip above). But things seem to be going swimmingly between the yachties these days, as evidenced by these tweets.
Captain Lee reflected on how far the entire Valor crew has come (and how far it still has to go) when The Daily Dish recently caught up with him. "Sure, we had a green crew, and there was improvement, albeit I think it was too little, too late," he said. "Are there gonna be problems? Sure. You get that many people living in close quarters for an extended period of time, you know, work them 16, 18 hours a day, six, eight weeks straight, sure, you're gonna have problems. It's how they deal with the problems that makes the difference."
The Below Deck Season 5 finale is on the horizon for Tuesday at 9/8c. How will the Valor crew do in their final charter of the season? Check out a sneak peek, below.
