Bethenny Frankel Is "Going Rogue" on Her New SiriusXM Radio Show
The #RHONY entrepreneur is taking over the airwaves this May.
Bethenny Frankel is about to get even more real with us. The Real Housewives of New York City entrepreneur will be bringing her wit, charm, and outspoken personality to her very own radio show on Andy Cohen's SiriusXM channel Radio Andy, SiriusXM announced Wednesday.
On her two-hour limited-run program, B Real with Bethenny launching May 2, the Skinnygirl mogul will cover everything from dating, sex, parenting, food, diet, beauty, business, and more. She described it to Entertainment Weekly as “an irreverent, inappropriate Seinfeld" where she "rants about ridiculous things."
"Bethenny is a self-described unfiltered know-it-all, which makes her a perfect fit for Radio Andy," Andy said in a statement.
So don't expect Bethenny to hold anything back on B Real. “It’s really a no-holds-barred environment,” Bethenny told EW. “I couldn’t just go rogue on my talk show... It’s just going rogue, is what [the radio show] is, and I love that. It’s a zero-f***s nation.”
Bethenny is already showing off her signature irreverence as she lets her Twitter followers know about her new radio show.
Bethenny will also be joined by a wide variety of guests on her radio show. She told EW that she is looking for “people who are not afraid to be inappropriate and who know me and embrace my craziness."
So does that mean we should expect Bethenny's fellow 'Wives join her in the studio? “I’m sure, at some point, I’ll have the Housewives on,” she told EW. However, Bethenny said she doesn't "want to go to that right away and do that every week; I want it to be unexpected.”
But what is unexpected, perhaps, is which city's 'Wives she wants to sit down with her first. “I’d love to have some of the Atlanta Housewives,” she said.
B Real with Bethenny premieres Monday, May 2 at 1 p.m. ET, and then it will air weekly on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. ET.
