Sonja Morgan Says Bethenny Frankel "Wasn't Thrilled" with Her Tipsy Girl Prosecco Line

Sonja Morgan is getting ready to release her new Tipsy Girl liquor line, but it hasn't been easy. The Real Housewives of New York City entrepreneur has reportedly been at odds with her castmate Bethenny Frankel over the name of her booze, which some believe sounds too similar to her Skinnygirl cocktail line.

Sonja addressed the controversy during her appearance on Kocktails with Khloe Wednesday night. "I have to do something about the name. My girlfriend Bethenny wasn't thrilled with that," she said. "It didn't hit me, and then Bethenny was like, 'Uh, I don't like that.' And I was like, 'Oops, OK. We need to go back to the drawing board and figure something out that doesn't come between my friendship. You know, I love the name, and I want to work. I'm just trying to work."

Sonja, who was noticeably just drinking club soda with lemon on Kocktails with Khloe, said that she's planning on changing the name of her new pink prosecco line, even though she feels like it's a good fit for her brand. "I need to drop the word 'girl,' but my partners already trademarked that almost a year ago," Sonja explained. "I've been in the restaurant business for decades, and I have my Sonja in the City catering business, so it all goes hand-in-hand. It's all coming together at this ripe old age."

Sonja says she loves to stir the drink, but her comments on Kocktails with Khloe may just stir the pot.
