Look who's becoming the big cheese with moms. "School is back in session and the packed lunches are getting packed again. No need to stress over what delicious yet still nutritious snacks to pack your kids everyday," Bethenny Frankel writes on her site.

When Bryn's old enough, expect B to send her tyke to class with grab-n-go snacks, such as a small handful of raw, lightly-salted nuts and dried fruit, Pop chips or soy chips, a handful of whole grain pretzels with a small amount of reduced-fat cheese, a small portion of dark chocolate with almonds, fresh fruit, or a small box of animal crackers.

Once your little Einsteins pile off the school bus looking for a pre-dinner fix, the Bethenny Ever After star advises, "The key is to not let your kids gorge on over-processed sugary or salty snacks before your main meal comes along. It is important for growing kids to get the nutrients and varied food groups within their diets, so just give your kids healthier options in appropriate portion sizes... I am a true believer that starting healthy habits early on is the key to keeping healthy habits later on in life."
