Bethenny Glides into Skating With the Stars Finale

B tells fans she's "still fighting."

By Rachel Stein

Never underestimate Bethenny Frankel. Low scores and rumors of feuding with judge Johnny Weir didn't seem to bode well for the Bethenny Getting Married? star. Last night, however, B proved naysayers wrong by clinching a spot in the finale of Skating With the Stars.

After all but giving up on her last week, the judges were singing her praises after last night's finale-clinching performance.

Laurieann Gibson said, "That was a beautiful performance -- I loved that you used your strength. You told a story. You have great showmanship, you made really smart choices. Well done."

Johnny Weir, who last week told B, "I don't really care to watch you perform anymore," was extremely impressed. "You performed from start to finish, and that's something I haven't seen," he said. "I loved watching you tonight, you look gorgeous. Be very proud of what you've done"

Dick Button added, "You are a fighter, you have tenacity, I like that."

Dick, have you been boning up on your Bravo? We've seen the Skinnygirl go from the dark horse to the top dog before: during Season 2 of The Real Housewives of New York City, Ramona Singer called the then-single, then-struggling Bethenny an "underdog," bringing out the fight in her -- the married mom is struggling no more.

Bethenny took to Twitter to thanks fan for their support, tweeting, "Wait! are you guys peeing in your pants? I cannot believe I made it to the finals. I have killed myself to try to be better! I had so much fun!"

And this morning, Bethenny is back on the ice, practicing for her final skate. She tells her followers, "Well kids, last day of skating. off to the rink. has been so challenging. maybe I'll be able to win this thing and make you proud! still fighting"
