Bethenny Whips Up a Healthy Summer Treat
The BEA star shares her recipe for guilt-free dessert.
Watch out, Mister Softee. Bethenny Frankel's coming for your giant frozen head.
"These delicious and refreshing yogurt pops are a great alternative to the typical popsicles that are loaded with sugar," B writes on her website about her vanilla yogurt popsicles. "They're easy to make and even the kids can help!"
She's not kidding about keeping things simple; only three ingredients comprise this figure-friendly dessert -- two cups of non-fat Greek yogurt, one third cup of raw sugar, and 18 reduced fat vanilla cookies or graham crackers.
"In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt and sugar until well blended," the Bethenny Ever After star instructs her Skinny seekers. Next, she says, "Divide yogurt evenly into six three-ounce waxed paper cups." Freeze your mix for an hour, then insert a stick into each cup and keep on freezing for another two hours.
So where do the cookies and graham crackers come in? For the rest of the recipe, hit up Bethenny's website.
