How Did Brandi Redmond and Stephanie Hollman's Falling Out Affect Their Friendship?
Find out how the #RHOD ladies got their friendship back on track.
The Real Housewives of Dallas had us thanking our lucky Lone Stars that Brandi Redmond and Stephanie Hollman finally made up after the onetime besties weren't even on speaking terms earlier this season.
Of course, it could take some time to get a friendship back to exactly where it once was after a major falling out like the one the RHOD ladies experienced. But not so for Brandi and Stephanie. "Stephanie and I, it's almost like we didn't skip a beat. And that's when you know your friendship is real, and it's a real friendship. People say that they go in and out of your lives, and she's somebody who I think is a lifelong friend. And I love her, and I adore her. And I'm so happy," Brandi recently gushed to The Daily Dish. "It actually hurts my heart to know that we did have that time apart. But we did not skip a beat. And we always have so much fun together. Gosh, she still farts a lot. She's working on it, though."
Brandi previously opened up to The Daily Dish about why she almost ended her friendship with Stephanie. "First I want to say that I love and adore Stephanie, and she'll always have a special place in my heart. And I've never laughed so much like when I laugh with her, and we get each other's humor," Brandi began while discussing her BFF drama. "But I will say it was something that was escalating, and I kept reaching out to her to try to speak about it, but I don't think she was hearing me. So at the end of it all, it was so much stuff and I just decided to block her out of my life and be done."
So what was the secret to Brandi and Stephanie's reconciliation? Let's just say that heart-to-heart that we witnessed during Monday night's episode was only the beginning of their bonding. "We drank and cried and hung out and had a slumber party and just caught up on everything. We just held each other and cried. Actually, it was fun and funny and sad all at the same time," Brandi shared. "But, really, a little bit of alcohol, a little bit of tears, a little bit of laughter can get you through anything."
