Brandi Glanville is hardly shy in person, and her strong personality remains the same on the internet—especially when she's expressing herself through her Twitter account. Brandi stopped by E! News to chat about the new season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but her tweet game became the focus of the conversation right off the bat.
Jason Kennedy and Giuliana Rancic brought up a couple of Brandi's most incendiary 140-character declarations, asking the Drinking and Tweeting author to explain the backstory behind some of her more vague—though heated!—tweets.
"I'm talking about a guy that I was dating that chose, for the second year in a row, to go to my ex-boyfriend's Halloween party, although I was not invited," she says. "I understand not being invited, but really, you're dating me, and we're having a relationship, and you're going anyway because it's the fancy party to go to? I just thought it was gross."
It's no secret that Brandi gets plenty of Twitter hate, but, she reveals, "I just don't understand the negativity...I understand, you don't have to like me, but don't send hate messages. 'I hate you!' and 'I feel sorry for your children!' It's like...wow! It's aggressive."
Does all that negativity get her down after a while? "I would be lying to say no," she answers. "I do find myself answering the more negative ones. All the good ones, you're like...thanks, thanks, and then you find the hater, and you want to actually fight with them, because it does hurt your feelings a little bit."
