Brandi Glanville Shares an Update After Being Hospitalized

Brandi Glanville took to social media to confirm that she was hospitalized this week on Wednesday (August 4). She shared several photos to Instagram and Twitter from the hospital and kept fans updated in real-time on her progress.

"Hey guys, yes, I was admitted to the hospital yesterday and I have amazing first responders taking care of me!" she wrote on Instagram on Wednesday. "We are not exactly sure what we are dealing with we believe it may be an infected spider bite. More tests to run."

Brandi first tweeted about her hand swelling on August 3 when she also posted several photos. "I think I got bit by something in the night! I have so much to do today I’m not sure I can go to the doctor," she wrote. Brandi added, "My little piggy hoofer has an infected bite of some kind (not human) spending my day at ER I wanted to leave but they said I could lose a limb so I’m chilling - ON A TUESDAY!!!!"

When she did eventually decide to go to the hospital, Brandi shared a photo of her dinner, and then on Thursday (August 5), she noted that the "swelling is starting to go down."

Hours later, she shared another update. "Feeling so much better today!!!" Brandi tweeted. "They just took my lunch order but little [do] they know I will be going home before lunch I have an escape plan set!"

In the days leading up to the hospitalization, Brandi had been spending time with her sons, Mason and Jake, whom she shares with ex-husband Eddie Cibrian. In addition to grabbing sushi with her sons, Brandi also shared an update on Mason with fans these days. "Sorry I missed your cameos this past week been super crazed getting Mason ready for college move in!" she tweeted recently. Earlier this spring, Brandi confirmed that Jake was "all done with middle school. Next stop, high school!!"

And, yes, Brandi can't get over how quick the time is going. "I really need them to stop getting older!" she Instagrammed recently. "So blessed to have my loves."
