Braunwyn Windham-Burke and Husband Sean Are "Supporting Our Kid, Supporting the [LGBT] Community"
The RHOC cast member served as a judge at a drag competition fundraiser, alongside Emily Simpson.
Two of The Real Housewives of Orange County ladies definitely had one busy weekend!
Braunwyn Windham-Burke and Emily Simpson were in San Diego this past weekend to participate on a panel of judges for the Tantrums & Tiaras competition, which is described as a fundraiser "but also a camp pageant show that brings the San Diego community to raise money for The San Diego LGBT Community Center." The event features volunteers from five Hillcrest San Diego bars to "transform into drag divas for the first time," and involves swimwear, evening gown, and talent sections, according to its website.
And it wasn't just the OC ladies that attended: in tow were Braunwyn's husband, Sean Burke, and her son, Jacob Windham-Burke. Braunwyn explained on Instagram she and her husband were there "supporting our kid, supporting the community." She previously shared Jacob was giving "the world of Drag a try," and shared him trying on a dress and heels.
There's no word on what Jacob's official role was in the show, but as he got his makeup done, Braunwyn revealed that "we can't really show his face." Luckily, we got a sneak peek at the team behind his look in an Instagram Story Braunwyn shared, which included all of Jacob's "glam squad."
Braunwyn also shared that she "loves being a part of this amazing fundraiser that helps so many!! 84,000 site visits a year!!!"
All in all, it looked like a fun, RHOC-filled event!
