Austen Kroll and Olivia Flowers Reveal the Truth About "Bra-Gate" at BravoCon 2023
Southern Charm's Olivia also shared an update on where she stands with Rod Razavi.
The plot is thickening around Southern Charm's Bra-Gate drama.
On Season 9, Episode 8 (an episode that was aptly titled, "Bra-Gate"), newcomer Rod Razavi brought up a rumor he heard about Olivia Flowers leaving her bra on an ottoman at Austen Kroll's house.
Austen later confirmed that Olivia had left her bra at his house, but the two didn't hook up. Instead, he said, she had come over to his home to watch a movie, and she removed the undergarment to get more comfortable.
While some of the Charm-ers weren't convinced that Austen's story was accurate, the exes talked about Bra-Gate during the "It's All About to Go South" panel at BravoCon 2023.
Olivia Flowers and Austen Kroll Share the Truth About Bra-Gate
On the show, Austen told castmates Rod, Craig Conover, Shep Rose, Rodrigo Reyes, and Jarrett "JT" Thomas that "nothing happened" with Olivia when she left her bra.
"We cuddled a little bit," he added. "She kissed me right on the chest and she f-cking left.”
During the BravoCon panel, Olivia also denied that anything happened. She joked, "Had I known it was gonna have such a statement on the episode, I would have picked something cuter. But, I just was getting comfortable!"
She also revealed how she feels about leaving the bra behind today. "I regret it," she added. "Bonehead move."
For his part, Austen revealed on a recent episode of WWHL, which aired before BravoCon 2023 that he was "shocked" by the move. Olivia Flowers Has an Update on Her Relationship with Rod Razavi
Before the Bra-Gate drama began, Olivia explored her romantic connection with Rod. The two went on their first formal date in front of the cameras, and they shared a sweet kiss on a park bench.
When Shep brought up the kiss, Rod and Olivia revealed something new about their romance.
"That wasn't our first kiss, I want to be very clear," Rod said on the BravoCon 2023 panel. "She initiated our first kiss, I want to be very clear about that."
Olivia confirmed Rod's assertion, saying, "That was not our first kiss!"
"I've had a few drunken bar nights where I've found him and made out with him," she added.
Though the two aren't together romantically now, Olivia hasn't closed the door on the possibility of dating Rod in the future.
"I never say never, and Rod just exudes Southern gentleman, and it was such a breath of fresh air," she said. "I mean, weirder things have happened with this cast, so."
"She's a catch," Rod added.
