Bravolebs Heat Up the AMAs Red Carpet

In case you haven't heard, the 2014 American Music Awards went down Sunday night. And in addition to pop stars like Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez and One Direction walking the red carpet in Los Angeles, some of Bravo's very own also scored tickets to the glitzy awards show.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter Gigi Hadid and Euros of Hollywood star Bleona Qereti each attended the A-list ceremony—and each of the ladies went down the red carpet in very different looks, to say the least.

Ok, let's start with Bleona. Because, let's face it, her look had everyone buzzing and proved that she knows how to steal attention away from chart-topping folks like Lorde, Swift and Ariana Grande.

How did she come up with her look? "The dress is a haute couture dress designed by Shahla Dorriz with a body made from mom and dad!" Bleona tells the Dish. "The minute I saw it I knew that was the one. The dress was sewn on my body since 9 am yesterday. Thank god I took a shower before [the show] because it would have been the dirtiest red carpet I have ever done!"

Fashion critics are comparing the look to Rose McGowan's own VMA dress from the '90s—but Bleona swears there was no copy-catting. "I have no idea who she is!" she says. "I just saw her face in the press next to mine yesterday for the first time in my life. True story!"

Gigi, on the other hand, kept her red-carpet fashion decidedly more covered up. The model strutted down the red carpet, like she would any catwalk, in a white and multi-colored Prabal Gurung suit, styled with her hair down and loose and her make-up light and fresh. Though she wasn't completely conservative. Under the blazer, she rocked nothing more than a lacy bra, proving that she can add a little edge to a more ladylike look.
