Giuliana Rancic's announcement yesterday that she is battling breast cancer sparked a wave of support from fans and friends, including many members of the Bravo family. On Monday, the 37-year-old anchor and managing editor of E! News revealed on the Today Show that she will undergo surgery this week, followed by six weeks of radiation therapy.

"Sending a lot of love to @GiulianaRancic!" Andy Cohen tweeted to his Miss USA Pageant co-host. Bethenny Frankel, who happened to be speaking with Matt Lauer after Giuliana shared her story, explained to fans, "I'm normally upbeat. I was upset because @GiulianaRancic had just announced upsetting news 1 minute before." She added, "What you're going through is all that matters @GiulianaRancic @billrancic It puts everything in perspective. Love&prayers are with you."

The Real Housewives of New York City's Ramona Singer tells The Dish, "Giuliana is a strong woman and she will get through this. It was really special that she shared her story as it served as a reminder that we girls need to take care of ourselves and make sure we stay on top of our checkups. While this must be so scary for her and her family, it seems they caught it early. My thoughts and prayers remain with her.

"Sometimes, we as women think we are invincible -- that breast cancer can't happen to me," she added. "Hearing her story made me realize I am 6 months overdue with my mammogram. We really need to realize we must take care of ourselves, and have our exams in a timely matter. Everyone is at risk and no one is exempt from this deadly disease."
