"Blessings on blessings on blessings," Briana captioned the snapshot. Briana Culberson Opens Up About "Healing" in Her Health Journey

As longtime RHOC fans will know, Briana dealt with a lot of health issues while her mom was a cast member. Briana has since been open about how changing her diet helped her ongoing battle with Lupus. She shared another update on how she's been feeling on her Instagram feed just a few days before she posted about her family.

"[Three] years ago, I was chronically ill and could barely function," she captioned a video of her enjoying some time in the ocean. "Out of desperation[,] I decided to change my entire life[,] and I've now reached a level of healing I never knew was possible."

She elaborated on some of the changes she's made in her caption as well. "There isn’t a quick fix. This is what I’ve noticed in my journey," she said, sharing that, in part, she's realized that "being intentional with my daily choices is far more impactful than striving for perfection"  and to "keep it simple. It doesn’t need to be over[ly] complicated..."

In addition to cutting gluten, dairy, and seed oil from her diet, Briana also made the "personal choice" for her "overall health" to give up drinking alcohol.
